Mr. Lewis “Bubba” Brooks

President & Founder

Mr. Brooks serves as President of Premier Pressure Pumping, and has more than two decades of experience in the pressure pumping industry, including fracturing, acidizing and cementing.  Prior to the formation of Premier, Mr. Brooks was most recently president of Pro-Stim, then Torqued-Up Energy Services, where he led the company’s fracturing and acidizing operations.  Prior thereto, Mr. Brooks served in a variety of operations, sales and managerial roles at Basic Energy Services (within their East Texas pressure pumping division) and Anchor Services, a pressure pumping services company that was eventually sold to BJ Services.

Mr. Nick Foster

General Manager

Mr. Foster brings two decades of industry experience to Premier, and manages its operations.  Mr. Foster was most recently at Pro-Stim and Torqued-Up Energy Services, where he worked alongside Mr. Brooks in managing the company’s pressure pumping operations.  Prior thereto, Mr. Foster was with Mr. Brooks at both Basic Energy Services and Anchor Services.  Mr. Foster started his career in the energy industry at Schlumberger, where he was initially trained in a variety of wireline and related stimulation services.  Before joining Schlumberger, Mr. Foster served four years in the U.S. Army.

Mr. Ryan Dowling

Engineering Manager

Ryan Dowling received a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Alaska Fairbanks with a degree emphasis in aerospace engineering. He spent three years working as a field engineer for both Weatherford and Trican. Over the three year span Ryan was in charge of quality control of hydraulic fracturing operations in regions all over the Ark-La-Tx as well as the Permian and Williston basins. From there he spent a year as region engineer at Pro-Stim Services designing fracture treatments and managing the regional laboratory. As engineering manager Ryan is responsible for and oversees treatment design, fluid testing, field quality control, and the overall progression of the company’s technology and fracturing methods.
